Measuring Shareholder Wealth

There are several standard financial measures for measuring shareholder wealth. The procedures are described at lenght in the section on Business Improvement (strategic planning).

Several overarching wealth management techniques ahve also begun to be used in the market place. Economic Value Added (EVA) a technique that is similar to the standard NPV technique used in discounted cashflows (and provides the same results as NPV)and Market Value Added (the 'present value' of future EVA's).
